The Blanket Method is more than just user friendly, it is meant to be a tool we each have within us already.
We take time out of the busyness of daily living to slow down and be in a space of stillness.
In this space:
We take deep breaths
We gently move our body (think yoga, but more feeling-led)
We allow the connection of mind and body
We hold this space to ask ourselves what we need
Whatever comes up...
We let it come, without judgement
We express...
with pens/pencils
with paints
with song
with whatever feels right.
