I’ve spent years chasing adventure and chasing meaning—whether through endurance sports, restaurant shifts, teaching English in Spain, camping under the stars, or traveling the world with a backpack and an open heart. Along the way, I discovered something powerful: joy isn’t something we have to go in search of. It is what we return to—when we slow down, tune in, and choose to live from the inside out.​

The consumer world we live in thrives on selling “fixes”—but lasting happiness doesn’t come from something external. It comes from learning to see the goodness that already exists within.
