I spent years pushing my body — from Division I college athletics to racing six Half Ironmans, training daily, and building an identity around strength and intensity. It took burnout (and a lot of honesty) to realize I needed softness more than achievement.

Yoga, breathwork, and nervous system education shifted everything. The Blanket Method™ came from my own healing — a way to feel safe, calm, and at home in my body again.

Now I teach others the softness I spent years searching for.
